Did anyone test if the quest reward for killing Elisande can be WF/TF? And if yes, what about the order hall trait increasing WF chance for one time quest rewards..

I see no reason why it would not be able to WF/TF and yes obviously that trait should apply to it.
For the first we will get confirmation this week if someones neck procs, but we don't have a chance to confirm the latter because of the small sample size and unknown factors.

I believe the order class hall advancement you refer to does not make items WF/TF. Instead, it can make a blue quality item turn into epic. Or green quality into rare. That's the upgrade intended by the advancement, not titanforging it.

Neither its likely for a non-repeatable quest reward to be WF/TF, but it's my guess

This in regards to the order hall trait. I assume the quest reward will always TF because the boots? You get from the Illidan line always TFs (or maybe it was WF)

Didnt proc for anyone in our raid today. Guess procs are disabled for this quest item, which is very sad since all other necks are garbage.

The problem with the neck is it's already purple, so they're curious if it can go higher. I'll be finishing mine tonight as will some others in our raid, so I guess I'll try and keep an eye out for it.

That's not TF, that's going from rare to epic upgrade. Different system.

The 870 leather boots from the Illidan questchain warforge procced for me up to 880 (where you had to collect 80 fragments from 5 man bosses then kill Helya). I don't think I even had the champion hall spec at the time for higher chance of upgrades. I plan on switching this weekend for a chance to upgrade this neck as well.

A lot of people in this thread unaware that this has worked on previous epic quest rewards this expansion. OP we can only wait and see. No reason not to try, right now, until theres more evidence.

To sum it up:
Quest rewards - epic gear - can proq to WF/TF.
Order Hall trait won't add to that chance.

How does it work for teleporters? Do you need to kill the first 3 bosses and simply walk up to the inner court ones to teleport to Elisande and GD?
