The Giants are a surprising dumpster fire.
I like it.
Oh Marcus Cooper...
If you want a reason to fire a player, that was the best example you'll ever see.
This is a vital issue being discussed on the front page of many sports sections, shows and forums. And the conversation is in relation to the NFL and sports in particular. The owner of the superbowl champions, the New England Patriots, decided to post this on the front page of their site.
This is FOOTBALL.
Riverboat Ron down by 18 has 4th and 5 on the 36, what does he do? Try a field goal? Go for it? Punt for a touchback and have the entire stadium boo him?
There is a thread in Politics for this. Drop it here, and if you want to talk about it talk about it there
No, it's not. It's about people who happen to be football players bringing up social issues. We have all the room on the forum to discuss this on the Gen OT forum. It has no place in a thread where people are trying to discuss the ACTUAL football being played.
Enough of this. Take it to Gen OT if you feel this passionate about the topic.
Lol the jets picked off a fake punt pass from miami, losing about 20 yards in the process.
This is such a back and forth game. Every time I think either team gets an edge something happens to get the other team an edge again.
This will go to the wire, I feel.
I need Texans to keep pressuring Pats, kay thanks.
Gahhhhhhh, another long bomb from Watson when we had him cornered ends up at the right place. Watson is turning into quite the pest.
I still can't tell the difference between Donald Stephenson and Melelik Watson. Both let the rushers into the backfield instantly, and commit false start penalties that kill drives. At least Leary is a beast.
Doesn't help the defense is sucking really bad. Leaving receivers wide open every play. I have no idea why they keep playing zone. Every time they do they get beat bad. Also doesn't help when 3 feet down for Sander isn't a catch, but 1 knee down for the Bills is. I don't blame the refs, no one else knows what a catch is anymore either.
Not a Patriots fan, but Tom Brady 40 years old? Guy seems like he's still in his prime. I can see him still playing for another 5 years.
Good lord, Brady has made more rookie ball mistakes then Watson has, trying to do to much. BB needs to lay into him to protect the damn ball.

Texans got screwed on that call. Brady was down.
Fake punt at their own 30. This entire game has been terrible coaching decisions.
Stephen Hauschka has 3 FGs of over 50 yards so far. Since when does he do that?
