Sean McVay COTY.
So, Rams get the OPY, DPY and COTY, but get knocked out in the first round of the playoffs. Hmmmmmmmm.

Does this mean the Pats lose? MVP doesnt win the superbowl!
I watched 2014 season Superbowl and I was struck near the end by how few players remain on the Patriots from that team.
Looking at the starters for that 2014 game and the game tomorrow:
Offense: Brady, Gronk, Amendola, Solder
Defense: McCourty, Chung, Butler
Special Teams: Gostkowski, Allen, Slater
And that's counting Butler as a starter, when he obviously was a back up in 2014, but since there'd be no win without him, I counted him.
If you want to go one step further and look who was on the active roster back then, you can also add:
Offense: James White, James Devilin, Cameron Fleming
Defense: Alan Branch, Duron Harmon
10 starters (out of a possible 25 or 26 depending on how you count Slater, I'd say he's a starter) and 15 total players out of a possible 53.
That's mind boggling how much change there's been in a span of just 3 seasons.
For fun (and cause some people will probably feel it should be included (I disagree) a comparison with the players on IR added:
In that case add:
Offense: Edelman, Cannon
Defense: Hightower
Special Teams: Ebner
So, counting everyone, you have 19 the same players still under contract from back then. Mind blowing.
Which is to say, even if the Patriots win tomorrow, I don't think you can really say that this 3 wins in 4 years is a second dynasty period. There's just too many players that changed. That 2014 team was totally different compared to this year and even last year.
The Eagles are a great team, literally everyone is underestimating them. They go like 13-3 and people think that the Falcons can beat them, then Vikings easily show a sign of weakness vs the Saints and barely win somehow yet they think that the Vikings can beat them....people keep thinking that the Eagles are easy yet they have great rushing, a good defense and a pretty good passing game. This is why the Eagles are going to win. The Patriots defense really sucks, it is worse than even the Saints. There is a reason they are a 'comeback' team, because their defense forces them to, as a Saints fan I know how these team operate. Like it is really really, their offense is the only thing that keeps it together. It is not a super bowl winning defense.

I do think it will be very difficult for the Patriots to win today. The Pats D only saving grace is we don't blow assignments too often or rack up penalties. We have no run stopping power at all and maybe have one of the slowest secondaries in the league. Butler, I love you, but you get burned A LOT.
The Pats have in their favor the fact Philly doesn't run too many exotic defense packages. So that let's guys like Brady and Patricia McDaniels figure you out easier. Also we run a lot of rub routes, which is how Seattle beat Philly. That Seahawks/Eagles game was the most telling insight into how to beat Philly this year.
Pederson & his coaches are whom everyone is REALLY underrated. I think this will be a cerebral battle between BB & co. and Pederson & co. Pederson is from the Holmgren coaching tree- its was Mike Holmgren who defeated the Pats in '97.

35-31 Patriots

I just spent an hour in Trader Joe's getting some snacks and some wings + mozerella sticks for later.
Hey @xskarma , did anyone bet on the eagles early this season? I know there were a bunch of us who went with the Pats
Realy with the way Wentz was playing last year i doubt anyone would pick the iggles, going from 16-14 to 33-7 is a big difference.
