    Active Overwatch Page

I'm looking for an Overwatch forum besides the official. This one here is pretty dead and I know this game has tons of players, so where is the place they go to talk about stuff?

I'm guessing most of them on are on the Overwatch reddit.

Gamefaqs board and the subreddit are the most active places for OW discussion.

This is like the only forum I have ever really used. Guess I need to finally check out Reddit.

What is there really to talk about that requires a lot of people talking?

    1. new hero! Yay!
    2. New Event! Yay!
    3. New loot! Yay!
    4. Character Buff! Yay!
    5. Character Nerf! Boo!
    6. I think X needs a nerf because I play Y and X is a natural counter to Y, its unfair blizz!
    7. I'm forced to buy stuff! I'm not? My bad!
    8. I always blame other people when I lose because I am the center of my universe! I can't possibly be the cause of my own misery!
    9. I used the random group button and randomly got a shitty group! Thanks Blizz!
    10. Overwatch Porn!

And thats about it. Why? Because the entire game is based around an 'in the moment' experience which is decided entirely by the people inhabiting the map. It doesn't leave a lot of need for discussion.

If you push a button that finds you a 'random group' and it gives you a random group of people with random skill and random knowledge then you have no right to complain that a 'random group' button did what it was designed to do. The fault lies in your inability to make friends to play with instead of relying on a button designed to be random. It is a 'random group' button, not a 'best of the best' button.

I could break down discussions about anything on the planet into such a shitty list. Maybe people should not talk about anything?

Competitiveoverwatch reddit is alright but a little whiny/complainy at times.

Yes, because sarcasm is lost on you.

Can't say that I picked up a heavy dose of sarcasm from your post tbh.

Your post had no noticeable levels of sarcasm.

The Gamefaqs boards and Subreddit love to speculate about the lore, share fanfics/headcannons, post fanart, think up hypothetical skins, and discuss possible new playstyles and game modes that could be added to the game. There is alot of discussion.
