Alliance - Crucial on Dalaran 10/10H 1/10M looking to expand for M. Small Schedule.

Right now we raid with 15-16, clearing M skorp and getting anomaly to sub 20%. We really just need more bodies and I'm fairly certain we will be 4/10 or 5/10 quickly.

We're looking to expand so that we can start to work on Mythic content after Heroic is dead each tier. Even if we can only kill some of it, we're leaving gear on the table because we clear heroic in half of our raid time and dick around the other half.

We're looking for 4-5 people, all DPS. ranged preferred.

**Raid times:**
Tues/Thurs 10-12EST. Sunday is a flex day that we only use when we are very close to killing something like an end-tier boss.

**About us:**

Crucial has only been raiding since November of 2016. We're mostly 30ish year old people with kids and careers, so the short and late raid schedule works well. We're a Heroic focused guild. At this time, we have no plans to make mythic our focus. We will, however, do some low-tier mythic (skorp, CA, trilliax, etc) bosses after Heroic is on farm.

**What we're looking for:**

People who actually enjoy the game, like pushing M+, and play their class at an above-average level. We're semi-casual, not a mom and pop "aw shucks everyone can come" type of guild. We need people to pull their weight, and take pride in playing their class well.
