people use it in pvp, and it's not THAT far behind serpent sting in ST, but it is, well... kind of weak, even when you throw it right before starting aspect so all the damage gets buffed, it might actually sync up well if you're using call of the wild with high enough ilvl new trinkets to not need convergence though, but I think that might be the only time it could start to get close?

and butchery is absurdly far ahead for aoe... hellcarver is just insane and the base damage and aoe size of carve is really low
