[US][H] Ideal (10/10H, 3/10M) is recruiting for Mythic Progression!

Hey, we're Ideal (10/10H, 3/10M) on Mal'ganis. We raid Wed/Thurs/Mon, 8:45pm-11:45pm Central time, which is also our server time. We've been around for a very long time and we have a strong focus on the character of our players. Yeah, we fuck around and make bad jokes, but we are also helpful and kind to each other when it matters.

Ideal has been around since early WotLK - many of our raiders have been with us through several expansions and we're looking to expand that core for Mythic raids. Many of us have extensive mythic or old-expansion hard mode experience but wanted more casual raid time commitments. We raided 10-man mythic until Blizzard removed it in WoD and we went casual. There's been renewed interest in Mythic, however, so we are expanding back up to 20 members to get some kills in. Last week was our first Mythic raid week and despite being an 18-man raid group, we are now 3/10M.

We are currently looking for 2 melee DPS to round out our roster. We use Discord extensively - both for raids and for socializing. We have players online throughout the day doing Mythic+ with each other or just hanging out and talking.

You won't just be joining random guild #42 - you'll be joining a guild that has formed close bonds over the years and where we call each other by our IRL names most of the time.
