tailoring...what am I doing wrong? (stuck at 700)

Hey all,

I'm working my way through the tailoring quest chain and though I started at 1 this expansion (fresh alt) I'm capped at 700/700. I don't see any trainer that's able to train me further. I thought this was kind of like a quirk through the profession/questline that you'd just earn the ability to get to 800 but now that I'm at the step which involves going into kara...I'm pretty sure something got messed up or missed at some point.

Did I forget something? Is this a bug? Help please

the trainer youre looking for is in suramar city.
sorry i cant be more helpful than that, i got tailoring to 770/800 before i quit wow.
everytime you need to level up, you'll need to go to that god awful place to see the trainer.
