That is actually a broad question.
Economically there is the regulation and control of certain aspects of the private sector. This of course can go from close to what we have today, to full fleshed seizing the means of production.
Taxation is of course something that gets somewhat complicated, because you can easily argue that almost any forms of tax would be considered left wing, the extremist in that would be quite high taxation, specifically on the high income makers.
Public sector, transportation and health care etc., is a main point of left wing. What one would argue is extremists is somewhat different, some might find that any form of public sector that could be private instead is extreme, where others would find that public transport is okay but healthcare isn't. Extremist left wing would likely argue that quite a lot of sectors should be nationalized.
Welfare is also something that is inherent left wing, the degree of course matters. Extremist can be from any form of welfare system, to welfare system that is close to being as comfortable and profitable as working.
Societal and culture is the one that is tough to pin point, because it isn't completely inherent left wing to want any control over it.
