    addon to hide side bar?

    is there some lightweight addon with wich i could hide the 2 right action bars and it would like like the party frame hide option?

    Pretty sure you can do that via the interface options with the default UI.

    Esc - Interface - ActionBars - Uncheck Right Bar 2, and Right Bar.
