Trinket: Feverish Carapace
Looking through logs of this trinket I've noticed that all tanks except monk have around a 20% uptime on the Infernal Skin buff. Monks (Brewmaster) get around 6%.
Is this a bug or just the nature of dodging so much coupled with not proccing off Stagger.
Seems a shame to not be able to use an item with such high agility.

Unfortunately Blizzard "adjusted" (nerfed) this trinket for brewmasters.

I'm going to assume it's just another raiding oversight when it comes to this trinket and brewmasters.
