Your point being what exactly? I'm pretty sure it's unrealistic that a guild can gear every single character within 2 heroic lockouts and the first lockout of Mythic progression. Besides, healers are often the last to get gear in progressing guilds and DPS get the highest priority.

The best they could've farmed so far was heroic gear, possibly with titanforges. If you have titanforged mythic T19, the itemlevel difference is minimal. I would expect this to change as they get mythic tier pieces.

For Balance at least, T19 shoulders are actually still one of the go-to items. Not helped by t20 shoulders being utter crap.

I thought this was the obvious route for resto in early Tomb. Let the other classes get their tier first. Only change out of T19 and legendary shoulders when you have full T20 at a decent ilvl upgrade.

Healers are lowest priority for gear in bleeding edge progression guilds. Even running splits it's unlikely everyone would have the tier they want by now. Not to mention potter's T19 gear is 920ilvl average, meaning unless they got similar ilvl T20 (base is 915) they likely wouldn't change unless they deemed the set bonus to be good enough.

You still don't know what actually dropped in their raid. Those healers may have coined their gear.

No one gives tier to healers first, especially on the crazy competitive vanquisher token.

Well, if i go full ilvl gear, i can get to 921, but for single targetr i use my T19, reducing ilvl to 911 (875 shoulders) but incresing DPS by 100k

Most cutting edge guilds do this. They do 2 split raid groups. Both with half mains and half geared alts and funnel the drops to the main characters.

T20 is a garbage tier. T19 still pulls its weight and T20 will need to have quite a few ilvls over it to even think of swapping over.

It's been 2 lockouts and you don't gear up Healers immediately anyways? What exactly is your point here?

Now if it's been like 20 lockouts then sure, different story.

Most cutting edge guilds do this. They do 2 split raid groups. Both with half mains and half geared alts and funnel the drops to the main characters.

Still, it's been TWO LOCKOUTS. Even funneling gear, it's not a guarantee you'll get the stuff you need.

None of that matters, his T19 is almost all 920 titanforged and heroic T20 is only 915 while being a worse set bonus.

Yah I'm looking at roughly 15-20ilvl on each item before I go. I have 4p t20 (930 910 900 900) and toyd around with it, doesn't feel great.
