Gilgoblins and Zandalari Troll are the first two that come to mind that happen to be either sea or island related.

Well zandalari for sure. We're bound to get Zuldazar (or Zul'dare) ... (but it's definitely Zuldazar). Those models, their aesthetic and their lore, it's all gorgeous.
If humans get differentiated on kingdoms, I guess kultiran humans. Don't know what that'd look like though.
Goblins might be differentiated on cartels, that we are likely to meet in Kezan/Undermine.

Based on the islands, that's all I got I think.

I LOVE the Zandalar trolls, but they have pretty different models from the trolls we know, which differs them from the subraces we know atm. I hope we get them but that makes me worry

Probably none other than the first four until a later patch.

If we do get subraces my hope is it's not those four. Like at all.

I'd rather Blizz give us Dark Iron skins, Mag'har skins, different racial faces/horns for Tauren, and tattoos across the board. I guess golden-eyed Draenei can make it in.

Really, if all we get is Sub-Races then I hope the Nightborne/Void Elf stuff is just placeholder.

See this pic? It has a column for CreateScreenFile (Horde or Alliance) and another for SelectScreenFile (race). Notice how in CreateScreenFile, all aliance races share the same number. That is the number in Void Elf and Lightforged. Do the same for the horde races, and you'll get highmountain and nightborne. THEY ARE NOT NEUTRAL.

Neutral = 0 which you find in Naga, Broken, Felorc, Forest Troll, etc.

Draenei are currently most popular Goldshire Race... So idk, if legit then Void Elves for a while but then back to Draenei again, I reckon...

I'm tempted to make a void elf and RP non-edgy for that reason.

Why is everyone so excited about the new race name tooltips showing up in-game?
I mean, you can morph into an npc race, such as vrykul or broken, and it will show up as well. It doesn't mean they are playable.
