First part for Porto, second part for Sporting. I think it was a fair draw.

  2. #3522
0-0, porto loses points for the 1st time, balanced game.

We could have had some goals if we didn't have CL in the middle of the week. Bruno Fernandes was really tired the whole game and Coentrão would have been so much better than J. Silva.

Likewise, both teams had opportunities. I saw patricio do more defenses

To be fair, he knew the defender he wanted and the club blew it for him by getting over eager.

No change at the top of Primeira Liga.

I think a sane person would go to his second choice after missing his first, instead of giving up and dooming his season. But what would I know.

CSKA Moscow put 2 past them at home too. Must be having a tough season. Utd have them away after the international break, hopefully can qualify out of the group stage early.

Remind me not to talk sports in Ghana. A chelsea fan was stabbed to death by 3 dudes for arguing david luiz is a good defender :/

Don't forget the rape Basel gave them too. It's their own fault, no matter how favored you are, you don't sell 3 of your starting 11 players and buy nothing in the Summer.

Why would you go to Ghana? xD Anyway, that's fucked up.

Both Mersey teams are an absolute mess.

Everton look clueless and Liverpool are the incarnation of the definition of insanity.

Bit unclear to me but Lukaku has undergone some scan and might be out of the Bosnia and Cyprus games for Belgium... if he's injured I hope he's fit in time for the clash against Liverpool.

"The in-form striker was unable to take part in training with his country on Monday, but a scan has revealed no serious damage to his troublesome ankle"

    Good news I guess.

This fred dies for international breaks.

Heard Palace were interested in signing Rickie Lambert so he did the sensible thing and retired.

Because international football, aside from that played by like 3 countries, is shite, and everyone is worried about players returning to their clubs injured.

Bale left injured and is coming back even more injured it seems. Funny how we won't see Bale, Benzema, Ronaldo for a while (last time this happened was in April).

Also, what's up with Özil rumors about leaving Arsenal to ManU next summer for free? Do you guys really need a player like Özil while having Mata, Miky, Ander, Pogba? In addition, please... don't renew Fellaini

We're also linked with Naingolan, Peresic and every midfielder ever who plays in the top 5 leagues. I wouldn't put any stock into it. Ozil seems a bit much of a drama llama too, so not the kind we'd have anyway.

I'd like Naingolan though, just to see how Pogba and he could out-hair each other.

    And hes shite.

If United win the league and do well in the UCL, they will get some serious star buying power back. The EPL is the strongest its ever been moneywise and so are United. A good run or dare I say it winning the UCL would have every superstar queuing to be signed. Fuck Ozil, they'd get Sanchez.

I think the gravity that Bayern, Barca and Real experienced has weakened, and the EPL is going to be the place to be in the future.

I don't think he's shite, he's just a lazy fuck who only steps it up for his national team and maybe half a dozen times a season for his club. Five years ago, I'd have loved to have him at United. I've said before, he seems to have had a similar attitude as Schweinsteiger did at United, at least it was for him a fairly genuine end of career pension top-up; while Ozil should have been in his prime going to Arsenal.

It's looking like mata's last year in the prem. In the final year of his contract and there's no talk of extending. Plus he's pretty old and probably wants to play in Spain before he retires. Worried ander herrera is gonna follow him that's why hes getting less game time. He's been offered a contract extension but hasn't taken it and he might be meeting up with his old manager at barcelona. Spanish players love leaving back to spain Tis lame. Could even lose de gea too and have a Spanish exodus
