Definitely going to buy it if it ends up being real. An open world GoT with Bioware level choices would be amazeballs.
I hope its fake still. I want TESVI
Those models are way too good for Bethesda
There's a picture there of Jaime with a Valyrian steel sword in his right hand. That's definitely a mistake.
I don't think this matters nearly as much as you think it does.
Andddddd its fake https://www.artstation.com/artwork/xB6mm
fuck me, may as well lock it up Mods.
In a way excited about the possibility of it.
On the other hand scared that, if it flops and it could very well do so if Bethesda is up to it (no offense, but I don't see their usual style to mesh particularly well with GoT setting), might be the end of games in GoT universe for a good while.
The only way they could make a game that's playable is doing it as a prequel to the show/books. There's enough history to find a few places to make an interesting story for a player. Or, they could take a chance and make a game that's like the books - hardcore mode only, if you die, that's it, you start over, only the strong survive.
But I'd rather see a fresh IP, that isn't wiki'ed to death like GOT is. The show/books are fine, and enough, why does everything popular in other media have to become a game? They never work. None of the Walking Dead games really took off.
bethesda should stick to publishing good games that aren't made by them and not soil the market with another overhyped "rpg-but-not-really" game
at least people are starting to realise todd howard is basically the second coming of peter molyneux
