Frost rotation question

Ok so when I have a charge of Brain Freeze and Fingers of Frost should I cast flurry then ice lance or cast ice lance then follow up with flurry and another ice lance?

ice lance and stuff and you'll be fine

use your ice lance procs first otherwise youre wasting them since flurry gives them the same effect

Ideally you want to dump your FoF procs before going into your FB>BF>IL cycle.

If you end up in a situation where you are casting FB and you get a FoF and a BF proc then you should ignore the FoF proc and continue with FB>BF>IL. This is because the BF is worth more than the IL.
