Future technologies for my "mid" future world?

What inventions are not so doable like a jetpack or bionic contact lense which are right around the corner but aren't completely super-advanced and beyond the human ability like FTL travel or a Dyson sphere. Basically what are some middle-future inventions as opposed to near-future and far-future. 10 would be great

Micro-robots in the body.

Brain computer interfaces (BCI's). They already exist, but we can look forward to refined versions which may allow a person to use their computer or play games without a mouse and keyboard or a controller at all. Another idea is merging a Google Glass with a BCI and a micro-computer - a lightweight headset with a microcomputer you can control with your mind and outputs using light projection ala Google Glass. Imagine the possibilities!

On a similar note, fully functioning prosthetics. Since reconnecting nerves is impossible, it may be more practical to use a specially configured BCI to control the artificial limb and pick up on the neural activity that is associated with moving the missing limb. Since it would have to be transmitted wirelessly from the BCI to the limb, there may be a slightly noticeable delay from the time you "thought" to move forward and the time the limb does so, but it's better than nothing.
