Pathfinder question

Hi everyone, i have just got legionfall commander and i have explored the broken shore, but i have not gotten an achievement for pathfinder part 2? I still have to do more progress for the reps/broken isles diplomat for pathfinder part 1 is that why it has not shown up? will i still get the flying unlocked once i do the reps? Thank you.

If you have Legionfall at Revered and explored all of the Broken Shore, then it's a matter of completing Pathfinder, Part One.

Have a look and see what's missing for you:

Once you figure it out and take care of it, boom, flying is yours.
