Since it changes depending on how much haste/mastery/crit you currently have, it's not really a one-size fits all kinda thing so it's better to just download this addon:
    https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/simulationcraft

    type in /simc

    and paste it here:

    https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/stats

It'll generate personalized stat weight pawn string for you, and its super easy!

Gear values change often when you get items/upgrades.
I'd recommend getting Simulationcraft addon, in-game doing /simc, copy the text and paste it in raidbots.com stat weight calculator, then copy the string and paste it in pawn.

Pawn will then show the best upgrades for YOUR character.

Just piece of advice I will give you about stat weights is be careful with using them for gear decisions.

They will only show a snapshot in time and typically cannot project far enough ahead to give an accurate assessment of long-term growth.
Additionally, they do not account for trading one stat for another.

You really want to sim yourself without the specific slot you are considering unequipped to overcome the loss of stats not being factored into the stat weights.

Or better yet use SimC to compare different gear sets to find what produces the best dps - much more reliable and easier than the stat weights.
