X23 doesn’t have her bones incased in adamanitum only her claws are. When she loses an arm or hand she has to pick it up for her good claws.

only her claws are coated in adamantium. They couldn't coat her whole skeleton because of growth issues. They were supposed to do it when she got older but well she destroyed the facility when she escaped.
