    Hmm, fuck.

Yeah, read a little more (always finish before you start posting) and it does indeed sound like UC is still active at that point

"One of the orc guards of the hold obeyed and stood at attention, his green face unreadable. "Warchief," he said, "it is time. Your people await you."

Your people. No. Her people were back in the Undercity, holding meetings, using her own gifts to them - their existence and their free will - to inexplicably refuse those gifts."

From the book. Sounds like UC is already gone by the time.

Do YOU understand the difference between doing something willingly and forcing someone into slavery to do it for you? No matter the end goal, the latter is NOT ok.

Sadly, a little bit later it says

"One of the orc guards of the hold obeyed and stood at attention, his green face unreadable. "Warchief," he said, "it is time. Your people await you."

^ also happened. in addition to everything I mentioned here.

all of that points to the undercity being just fine at the time of the book.

Blood elf traitors. Orcish invaders. Undead abominations brewing plague.

The Horde are monsters. Pure and simple.

let not even talk about the middle finger during the third war and legions second invasion.

Did Gilnease even have a single conflict with the Scourge or Burning Legion prior to.. Legion?

How are the high Elves traitors? The Worgen are a noble people driven from their rightful home. Humans are brokers of peace and unity. It was always the Horde that sowed conflict.

By realizing that the actions of one asshole commander do not define the entire alliance? No, not traitors, reasonable... The traitor was Marshall Garithos.

Were, before the cure, they have their human minds and are in complete control of themselves. If they are feral, you are feral.

By what definition exactly? Anduin casting a healing/shielding spell that Velen has cast any number of times in game?
