That's the point chief, its the courtroom of public opinion, which means jack shit, glad you're finally catching on.
Based on physical evidence I know he did. I done won this argument since you can't even understand the difference between he/said she/said and physical evidence. No reason to further talk to you, you're just derailing the topic.Do you think O.J. killed two people?
I see you missed the point, how do you defend yourself of someone accusing you of something that happen 40 years ago other than saying, didn't do it?
Answer me this - Let's say you're running for a seat, and someone accused you of something that happened 4 years ago, how would you show your innocence?
Are conservatives also communists?

Stop deflecting this is not did you date specific person, this is are you a pedophile? how do you find I don't remember acceptable. Also he had no problem remember at 38 going to a high school recital as a single district attorney and drooling over his then 15 year old wife. Are you that dense or are you just happy pretending this guy is not a pedophile?
Here's the thing, you have Trump on audio and video saying he did those things.
You have Moore, who has multiple accusers, as well as dozens of sources backing up their claims. You also have Moore being unable to properly formulate a response, then changing his tune over and over again.
Sorry, you are trying to defend the exact same thing you are condemning in others. I think you know what that makes you.

Yes, they are also apparently communists.
True, but one of the offenses is more egregious than the other, I find. The opinion piece posted in the OP makes a point that Al Franken's seat needs to stay Democrat and so he should act contrite until a Democrat can replace him; it is not the most virtuous of positions and I dislike it, but from a purely political standpoint it makes some sense even if I lament that the two-party system makes such an arrangement viewed as necessary in the first place.
Whereas supporters of that dude in Alabama literally are more likely to vote for him now that they've heard he's a pedophile and borderline sexual predator, and he enjoys fairly widespread support among the GOP elite. The democrats act as if their dude is a necessary evil, the Republicans act as if he's the best guy ever. To me there's a difference even if neither are pure angels to be sure.
Just for balance, here’s a conservative saying the same thing in regards to Moore:

Oh and for the record:
The answer for both sides is not to vote for a molester, instead put up candidates who are not molesters.

Ivana testified in court.
Summer Zervos is suing him, for defamation, right now because, of course, he claims she's a liar like the rest. His lawyer's defense: The President is above the law and can't be sued because he's president. Case still pending, charges were filed in January.Ivana said her husband raped her in a rage after a doctor she recommended gave him an unexpectedly painful “scalp reduction” operation to eliminate a bald spot. Hurt said Ivana described a “violent assault,” in which her husband yanked out a handful of her hair, held her hands back, and tore her clothing.
“Then he jams his penis inside her for the first time in more than sixteen months. Ivana is terrified … It is a violent assault,” Hurt wrote. “According to versions she repeats to some of her closest confidantes, ‘he raped me.’”
Jill Harth filed a breach of contract suit and a sexual harassment suit. Trump settled the breach of contract suit, but part of the agreement was she couldn't talk about the suits and had to withdraw the harassment suit.“His brutalizing of her a second time — this time falsely condemning her to the world as a liar for having the temerity to reveal his earlier unwanted sexual groping of her body — directly caused serious injury,” the opposition in New York Supreme Court from Allred and lawyers at NYC’s Cuit Hecker Wang LLP notes. “Ms. Zervos and her business were repeatedly threatened with violence and destruction,” declaring that Trump has no right nor legal basis by which to use his office or politics as a way of avoiding this suit.
5 former miss teen USA contenders said trump walked in on them changing on purpose, Trump actually admitted to walking in on contenders nude and says he got away with it.In 1997 Harth and Houraney sued Trump for breach of contract, and she filed a separate sexual-harassment suit, accusing him of “attempted rape.” They reached a confidential settlement in the contract suit, and as part of the agreement Harth withdrew her suit.
So........ lawsuits, settlements, and admission of guilt. All three have happened with at least 3 of the 14+ women."Well, I'll tell you the funniest is that before a show, I'll go backstage and everyone's getting dressed, and everything else, and you know, no men are anywhere, and I'm allowed to go in because I'm the owner of the pageant and therefore I'm inspecting it," Trump said. "You know, I'm inspecting because I want to make sure that everything is good."
"You know, the dresses. 'Is everyone okay?' You know, they're standing there with no clothes. 'Is everybody okay?' And you see these incredible looking women, and so, I sort of get away with things like that. But no, I've been very good," he added.
Later in the episode, Stern asks Trump to assure his audience that "the chicks will be almost naked" at his pageant, saying to Trump that before he bought the contest, "they were starting to take women who were educated over women who were hot."
Unless you admit it in court, assuming there's even a case, you're still innocent in the eyes of the law......

Much of the 2 party 'system' in the US is a farce, considering that the same powerful interests often control politicians on both sides. However, it is obvious that the democrats have embraced the veneer of feminism as a marketing tool. These scandals will either result in the democrats loosing credibility as feminists, or political feminism loosing credibility, or a combination of the two.
I think that political feminism has the most to lose here however, since it risks falling into the trap of espousing care for 'women' as a group while apparently not caring about women as individuals. Its the same type of collectivist mindset you saw under communism where there was a supposed concern for the worker, yet millions of individual workers either starved to death or were sent to gulags. Ways of thinking like this are quickly exposed as not caring about anybody or anything outside of the political ambitions of a few people at the top of the movement.
Most people would rather die than think, and most people do. -Bertrand Russell
Before the camps, I regarded the existence of nationality as something that shouldn’t be noticed - nationality did not really exist, only humanity. But in the camps one learns: if you belong to a successful nation you are protected and you survive. If you are part of universal humanity - too bad for you -Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
If someone accuses you of something you sue them back and deny it but that is not the same thing as not being able to answer are you a pedophile. So answer the questions if someone asks you are you a pedophile, is I can't remember a good answer? do you think it's normal for 38 year old guys to be hanging out in high school functions?
FYI molesting and dating teenage girls is pedophilia.
