Simple thread. Simple answer. Do we need a Horde Character with PreReq Achievements on an intended realm to play a Horde Allied Race on that realm OR is it just based on if the account has the PreReq Achievements somewhere, regardless of faction or realm?
Right now the achievements seem to be account bound and thus you can unlock the achievements for the opposite faction.
the achievements are account wide, you dont need to redo all region reps on another faction.
