Except you can just point towards the Nungesser case. Initially it was found to have little to no supporting evidence, then the woman took it public, and the university expelled him to save public face.

In today's world, if you take it over social media, the man is undoubtedly getting fired due to the "guilty until proven innocent" mentality of the mob when it comes to rape accusations.

Dumb question folks : we have in Canada and UK people who are reporting the same sex crimes. Do you think you can sue random people for millions in those countries (well, you can : the judge will LOL at you..)

But just for feminazis (read, women who say no to alpha studs). Because if a youtuber snap his fingers and give the order to believe someone is a SJW and guilty of something, there is obviously no need for trial or even thinking before obeying : I mean, they have a beard and a fedorah, so obviously what they say is the truth.
What are you even on about?

Most jobs are at will, meaning you can be fired for no reason to begin with, and public scrutiny for a company that is deemed to 'protect' sexual predators is far more damaging than any litigation an employee might be able to muster for wrongful termination.

Thinking that men aren't subject to the whims of others in this scenario, or are protected by some legal burden of proof is delusional.
    You're talking nonsense

happened to a friend of mine, meeting him after the fact though. Basically he had g/f in college he ended it, she didn't want it to end and was hurt. She screamed rape and he nearly got kicked out college and it went to trail. In court it was proven she lied and made it all up. It was expunged from his record, but still came up from time to time, namely during back ground checks. He had to ensure he had access to the court docs at all times showing he was innocent.

that's why i say prove it in court or its just a rumor (less they come out and admit it of course).

Because it is easier to just fire someone accused to save face than to receive "public outrage" of "YOU EMPLOYED RAPIST, BURN!" type. Threat prevention, so to say.
Honestly, it is understandable, however shitty practice.

Depends what your job is. We see a lot of this now because most of the people accused are basically public figure to some extend. They represent something bigger than just themselves so they get fired to save the compagnies face.

If you work for something more private this should not happen.

    Trust, but verify.
