I am sorry, not 100% Blizzard's fault that you cannot get into a group. As well, unsure how it'll help with posting it here.

FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..
People with attitudes like you are what's wrong with WoW. Wowprogress and raider.io are amazing for the game. They allow people to form successful groups with players of similar gear/experience/skill. Please stop spreading this false narrative of M+ score=bad. It's quite the opposite.

"'Everyone who doesn't invite me is toxic' - The thread."
I mean I'm sorry to break this to you but if you can't find four people to do keys together, maybe you are the toxic one?

They always told me I would miss my family... but I never miss from close range.
No they are not.
If you only want to play with people of your experience/skill/gear, join or create your own guild : PUGs were never intended to be elitist.
Attitude like what ? Not wanting to have my whole character progression open to the world ? I think it's only fair, If I wanted to participate in the dick-measuring contest, I would install and add-on for this.
We already have gear score, this + black list should be enough for most use cases.
You got it the other way around. If you want to socialise and do difficult content without having proper gear/experience but willing to make up in other ways, join a guild. Addons such as Mythic+ Score and achievements are essentially the MMR of this game which serve to make pugging (~pretty much a random matchmaking) a more pleasing experience for everyone involved (apart from baddies crying about not getting invited, of course). Ilvl is literally useless with WF/TF and has absolutely no indication of skill or experience which is why people developed other ways to see players' competence.
Run with your own key and make groups that you want to make.

For those who are confused about what is going on.
He isnt getting invited to the groups he wants into, so hes throwing a fit and blaming the tools those players are using to gauge his suitability for the run.
i would be VERY interested to know why players left half of these runs? i mean could it possibly be that you are an entitled twit and not as good as you think you are, so are having trouble performing in the groups, and people are leaving?
Just a counter argument to your version of events, which is clearly VERY biased.
Reee, everyone has the same lockouts for raids to use every week, everyone gets a key every week to run their own mythic pluss. If you don`t want to use those things then don`t whine.
ITT: elitism at its finest. That's why I've stopped using the in-game group finder and run M+ only with guildies. Far less toxicity
Run with a group of friends? If you don't have any, make some?
This is nothing new, gear and experience checking have been a thing since Gearscore and being able to Armory people. Before WoW Progress we used to use be.imba.hu and wow-heroes.
This would be like paying to go to University, only getting a poor grade and complaining to the University that employers keep giving the jobs to the people that graduated with better grades. You only get out of it what you put in and if you are undergeared and you want to do the more difficult content you have to put in the time to get the better gear. You don't get to pay your sub and then demand that other players lower their standards because you paid a subscription fee, they did too.
