But more seriously, as seriously as this thread deserves, I can see how these Blood Trolls might satisfy certain tastes that other races or forms of Troll would not. They're exotic and alien looking in a way other Trolls aren't, and seem perfect for those into crazy chicks. I mean, they're a blood-worshiping matriarchal society. If they were a playable race, their jokes would probably be tiresome references to always being on their period.
