Wild Arms. A wild west jrpg series that died in mobage hell. 3 came out last year in a ps4 rerelease and still remains the best in the series but man do i want a new one.
Either Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, or Deus Ex. Deus Ex: HR and MD aren't bad games, far from it, but I think they miss the point the original tried to present by a long shot - they are to Deus Ex what Dark Souls 2 is to Dark Souls 1 - far, far from bad, but not as special.
Destroy All Humans and Stubbs the Zombie getting resurrected would be cool if handled properly.
The Legend of Dragoon. Such an awesome game that never got the sequel it deserved.
Heroes of Might and Magic.
They always told me I would miss my family... but I never miss from close range.
Bloodborn they have hinted that maybe number 2 is coming soon but nothing confirmed yet.
Forever and always, Timesplitters.
This over anything. If I had a soul id let Raziel eat it for a reboot.
I just bought the whole legacy of kain collection and blood omen 2.
Fuckin NEEDS to be done. These games still hold up (At least 1 and 2).
Honourable mention Prince of Persia...though they did reboot it and was awful. The first 3 were great. A warrior within was dark as hell, was one of the most memorable gaming experiences I've ever had.
I’ve heard that they wanted to make one but couldn’t figure out a good story. Would love to see an HD remake with a better translation/dubbing at least though, because that Game didn’t really age too gracefully. But a sequel/prequel would be great.
Red Alert and Megaman Battle Network get my votes. As does Half-Life 3, the ending we need to have happen.
So many....
first I'll give my vote to some already mentioned:
WarCraft RTS - and really an HD remake of 1, 2, and 3 would definitely count here for me. Specifically 2, would trade ever seeing a WC3 remake for a guaranteed wc2 remake without a second thought)
Heroes of Might and Magic
Vampire: The Masquerade (probably the one I would be the most hyped for if done correctly, single player RPG first and foremost)
And to add to it myself:
Command & Conquer
Giants: Citizen Kabuto - I LOVED the concept in this game. Building a base, resource management, upgrading buildings/equipment, defenses etc all from the perspective of of one of the troops on the ground was amazing to me and I was always salty that it never really kicked off. Natural Selection 2 tries, and is really fun, but isn't the same.

I'm getting my wishes already. My answer would had been Soul Calibur, but it was recently announced that we are getting part 6! As well, Mega Man, and we are getting MM11!!!
As well, not exactly "Reborn" but we are getting an HD Remake of Secret of Mana. So really, i'm pretty damn excited atm.

Your name will carry on through generations, and will never be forgotten.
Legacy of Kain
Wing Commander/Starlancer/Freelancer/Privateer - the space-sim genre in general, and I don't mean 4X.
Valkyrie Profile
The wacky Nekketsu sports games - I really wish there was some modern arcade football game with crazy superpower shots.
Command & Conquer definately. Its been 10 years since the last good game and there has been a huge lack of good RTS games since then.
I'm going to have to say:
Spy Hunter (Done as an open world game)
A good redoing of Golden Axe
A remaking of Battlefield Vietnam and/or 2146
Altered Beast (think about that done in a God of War style)
I'm sure there's a ton more, but that'll work for now.
Spyro as he used to be in the first 4-5 games
Stalker... one of my top 3 franchises
I utterly loved Shadow of Chernobyl, Call of Prypjat and Clear Sky
Even the Lost Alpha fanmade mod (basically what SoC was supposed to be) was despite the bugs awesome
It's probably my most favourite post-apocalyptic franchise (with Metro really really close behind)
Oh god I played shitton of that game when I was a kid... even mastered the placement on the base building missions so that turrets cover up every wave possible. I looooooooooved that game sooo much
