What did you start with, and what did you end or playing now?


What inspired the change each time, likes and dislikes?

Personally I started as a Fire/Mage Just before Launch of BC, Human Alliance, I always enjoyed the Alliance and back story, always hated the Horde, I didn't know then Blood Elves would have the impact some spoke about.

Eventually I rolled Draenei En/Shaman, Once I was sure I wanted to have a more hands on DPS roll, then eventually moved to Draenei/Pally to try to learn to Prot/Tank.

WoTLK was my favorite and the last Class/Race Human/DeathKnight hadn't looked back.

My main toon journey is short, though I've had alts in almost every combo out there.
- Vanilla through early WoD, Orc Hunter.
- Mid-WoD to end WoD, Troll Druid (switched to fill tank/heal roles).
- Pre-7.0 to current, Nelf Druid (stuck due to the above).

Vanilla - Undead Mage until around 28, then I got sick of being a caster and made an Orc Shaman, after I got to 60 and collected some gear I went and created an Undead Rogue (which totally noone played back then!)
BC and Wrath - Blood Elf Paladin
Cataclysm - hated the Divine Purpose playstyle, I played a Goblin Hunter and a Blood Elf Holy Priest back then
MoP - Blood Elf Monk
WoD - returned to my Paladin, but switched back to my Monk halfway through the expansion
Legion - Blood Elf Demon Hunter

Forsaken warlock, all the way. I've changed his name a couple of times, but the toon I main is the same toon I made in Vanilla. Ups and downs aplenty, and I enjoy most other classes, but it's really the only class that has kept my interest.

Disc Priest til the end of Wed, initially started Legion as Tauren Feral Druid again, quickly swapped to Resto Druid before shifting over to my Blood Elf Prot Paladin in 7.2

I started Night Elf Resto druid in BC (Berlia-Durotan) with my Priest alt.

In ICC I switch to my Priest and basically haven't looked back, other than MOP where priests were awful unless you were disc.

Aha, see now, that is depending on the content as well. Currently I am enjoying Horde more, but also because I cannot race change my main to go Alliance - hence the human Warrior. Overall, I've been on both so much that I would've unlocked Loremaster as Alliance AND as Horde.

BC: UD mage, draenei warrior
LK: draenei warrior, draenei priest
Cata: faction changed to BE priest
MoP: BE DK (barely played)
WoD: faction changed to BE warrior, then returned to BE priest
Legion: BE priest
I'm planning to roll a mage again just to see what's it like to be a DPS because I've been playing tanks and healers 95% of the time since early BC.
The priest I played most recently was rolled in BC just for fun, it's older than my daughter. I find that quite shocking and sobering to be honest.

After my Mage I have only ever put serious effort into tank characters, all my prominent alts are tanks, everything tank.

I started as Human warrior on Laughing Skull ( Back at Vanilla ) and Stopped at around 25 lvl and Changed Server To Genjuros that I lvled an played a Nelf Druid. I play the same toon up to this day! I'm Planing to Reroll once the Allied races go live!
