Can someone please help me fix a Dialogue Bug?

Hey everyone,
So I logged into my Shaman the other day and noticed everything in my Reagent bag was GONE. All my mats, my splinters and spark of dreams etc. What's extra weird is, I go to craft something and I can use my spark of dreams. I checked my bags, my bank and deleted my bag addon. They are all still gone. Anything like this happen to anyone else? I put in a ticket but blizz gives no shits.
