Brewmaster just has waaay too much of their defensive capability tied into their artifact imo.

It's more about mastery and having reasonable amounts of it. You can see this in effect in TW dungeons in smaller scale.

They rely on healers more than any other tank, but hey it smooths the damage. I cant solo crap as a BrM in BfA.
