    Just make it so that PvP gear is again required for instanced PvP via resillience or some other iteration, and the ladder will again reflourish in the 1500-2k range because people who want to play PvP are required to do their weekly cap to stay competitive.

    Give a Vendor for Arena gear in the Main-Cities just like it was from BC to MoP who sells said PvP gear.

    Do a ilvl ceiling in instanced pvp but let the player decide from their gear wich stats they want to have, i.e. max ilvl X in instanced PvP that way its basically not a concern what ilvl PvE gear has as long as PvP gear has an added bonus to it in instanced PvP in resillience or some other form.


    The whole template format failed in regards to "we have more buttons for balance" because they basically always just adjusted int/agi/str scaling without balancing the main culprits in the spell outliers themselfs.
