question about subraces coming

so i seen that you dont get heritage armor if you boost a character say a void elf. but what if you race changed. do you get the heritage armor then.?

No you have to level all the way from 20

You need to level it first, but if you race change to a void elf after leveled one already, you'll have access to the set ofc.
