If you go over to wowhead and check out their model viewer, you'll notice A LOT of races in there that you can play around with by dressing them up in armor and weapons. Just because these races are in the model viewer does not mean we'll ever be getting them for playable races. Blizzard has already said how Naga will never be a playable race because of their lack of feet which is core to making armor sets for them. If you look at the Zandalari Trolls, yes they will be playable but model viewer is wrong about them. They won't have enclosed feet like other races but open shoes like the Darkspear do.
