So, will the self proclaimed transparency loving republicans vote to release the democrat memo as well today?
There is one thing I know beyond a doubt: Trump has limited cognitive capacity. For instance, there's ample evidence that he has a very short attention span, he struggles with complex or nuanced situations and concepts, and his speech suggests an elementary reading level. The only person in this mess with less cunning than Trump might be that halfwit Nunes, so it's little surprise that they keep managing to incriminate themselves everytime they try to deflect.
It seems these days that anyone left of far-right is considered a democrat. I will admit I'm a left-leaning independent, while I favor more views on the democrat's side I still favor some views on the republican side as well. Even my voting history show me voting for members of both parties based on the issues they support. But according to my ultra-conservative co-workers since I don't like Trump or the current far right direction of the party I'm a liberal.

Know the feeling, moderate independent here, in the past I've voted for both parties, and in general I lean a little left on some issues and a bit right on others, but I'm fully against Trump, based on this one point past associates and friends are now convinced I'm full on left socialist or nearly there, it's a bit amusing and very sad at the same time.
There is a vote to be taken, maybe even scheduled. I'd like to think that it'd pass, but let's be honest: the GOP is circling the wagons. Even if Trump wasn't personally guilty of colluding with Russia, there's enough evidence Team Trump is, that they are in full defense mode. To continue to lie to themselves and their voters, they have little choice but to push the only narrative that helps them, namely, that because the dossier was politically motivated somehow all those crimes Team Trump should not have been caught -- not didn't happen, should not have been caught. We're past Denial by now.
I expect the GOP members to talk amongst themselves, see how many "yes" votes they can give as a token, then the vote to release the Schiff memo fails by exactly one vote, what are the odds!
Honestly, T_D is one of the greatest case study in waiting on the effects of what an agglomeration of individuals with crippling mental disabilities all reinforcing each other's views does on their views and abilities to socialize outside of that circle.
Like, why aren't dozens psychology and sociology of Ph.D. thesis being written here.
T_D is an interesting case where Reddit has actively shut down other hate subs that weren't even as severe but somehow allow them to still operate. That sub goes as far as calling for genocide and other things. It's speculated that it's being left open as a honey pot given Reddit was caught up in the FBI's social media investigation, along with giants like Facebook and Twitter, and would explain why it's still being left open.
The only people that didn't want the memo released were the ones that created it in the hopes that they could construct a story about how they knew something no one else did that could bring down Killary, Obamer, the shadow government, and the investigation. Everyone else wanted it shown because they knew that it was a crock o' shit.

I mean, it's really telling that you've got basically two sides.
You've got the Republicans saying "This memo is a BOMBSHELL, all you need is this one memo, you can totes trust this one memo, you don't need any supplementary information. Look at the memo! MEMOMEMOMEMO!"
And then you've got everyone else who've been saying "look, either don't release it at all, because it's exposing classified info, or if you ARE gonna release it, at least release all the supplementary information people need to understand the actual context behind it, 'kay?"
The Republicans are trying to cherry-pick and only release a heavily biased and partisan memo, regardless of the intelligence impact. Everyone else wants to either protect national security or, if we're gonna release stuff, at least release all the context, not the cherry-picked sample.
Only one of those sides has any basic decency and honesty, and it's not the Republicans.
Note: I'm saying "Republicans", because they're largely backing it, and officially do so. Individuals may break with the Republicans over this. But it very much is "Republicans pushing a partisan agenda" vs. "literally everyone else", here.
Believe its due being unable to ask follow up questions, any hint of bubble breaking you are swiftly banned from it.
Guy went on a rant calling dems traitors after the SOTA for not standing, when pointed out that the GOP did the same thing for Obama's, his response was
"I hate you not because you point out "facts" which you do not, but because you're a degenerate communist scum bag who would fuck our children and destroy our country. You leftist cunts all deserve one thing, a firing squad."
and I was swiftly banned from by a TD mod.
Which is why I made my above statement. That sub is a circlejerk that extends out to advocating genocide, pedophilia support, and a ton of other shit that has gotten other subs banned for less. Alt right hate groups use it for advertisement for group rallies, they rally for murder of individuals, organizing local militias, etc but it's left alone.
It's absolutely a honeypot given every other hate sub got the ax at the time Reddit became a target of the investigation but somehow they remained.
I think i've read enough to get broad idea right. There is judge and government agency - that's it; disputes requiring request rewrite are rare, outright refusals seem to be mostly fixed to Bush era - where by reading history it looks like some judges still had integrity... that seems to have been fixed in Obama era, seeing no refusals from 2010; or perhaps everyone understood "how to write request to hit all required formal milestones" without being caught in outright lie.
You could prove me wrong though with your informed opinion, if you have one - i would be grateful.
I'm here to learn new things, not to prove my opinion as the only right one
Why would he needs Comey behind bars? :/If republican PoV was remotely true, Trump would have made sure Comey was behind bar. Guess what Trump is not doing? What Justic department isn't doing? What Republican majority house isn't doing? Not charging Comey. There is your evidence.
Or why Republican majority house would?
I mean, they didn't even got around to "locking her up" yet, and that was campaign slogan...
What He Meant Was.
Shah did not comment on Trump accusing Schiff of committing a crime, nor did he comment on how what Schiff had said publicly was confidential. The White House on Monday said it remains open to releasing a memo produced Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, despite the president’s criticism of the panel’s top Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff (Calif.)
"We will be considering it just as we did the Nunes memo," White House spokesman Raj Shah told reporters traveling aboard Air Force One to Ohio with President Trump.
Shah was referring to a memo authored by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) that accused the FBI of political bias in the Russia probe, citing the way it obtained surveillance warrant against a former Trump campaign adviser.
Trump was referring to details regarding the Democratic memo that have appeared in the press, according to the White House.
“The president is just calling out Adam Schiff and others for what we see as a pattern of leaking and taking confidential information that is presented to them voluntarily and using it for partisan political purposes,” Shah said.
