    How is your portfolio looking?

Dow is a little over 1200 down. Are we finally looking at a market correction?

I'll know tomorrow when I bother to check it. It's not going to matter to me, I'm very diversified, and I'm not retiring anytime soon. The only thing I care about, is when I reach a new milestone every $100k (the first time I hit it), I like to have a small celebration. This just means I'll dip down, and have to wait a while until my next party.

DOWs survived much worse. This is of course assuming the dip stops sometime soon.

I'm more into real estate. I'm not too worried about any drops because I can wait it out and the rent I collect more than pays for the property.

EDIT: Welp I take this back.

It's probably a lot more than half.
Human progress isn't measured by industry. It's measured by the value you place on a life.

    Just, be kind.

The market can go down 50% and I would not worry I already cashed my gains a long time ago whatever I have left are stocks I don't plan to touch for the next 30+years. If a major correction happens then I will go back and double down, you should always think of the wall street motto buy buy buy when there is blood on the streets even if that blood is your own.

It seems like ti was just yesterday it hit 20K, now people are complaining about it being 24K.

I'm fairing well. The game is designed for the long term unless you can recklessly throw capital around for quick gains at high risks.

Well my dad tells me most of my shit is in bonds so i didnt really take that much of a hit and that i should wait till the market goes down even further before buying back into the stock market then when it goes back up i clean up!.
