To be fair, we all play wow, which is probably one of the more unhealthy games out there. Long time sitting, no exercise. On a more serious note, it's the same reason people eat junk food, bringe drink at parties, or drive instead of bike to work: the negatives vs the reward in doing the behavior heavily favors the reward per action; long term repetition however leads to stronger negatives. Human brains aren't really smart enough/ and or disciplined enough in using 'cold logic' like say some future AI might be.

One could argue too, that the enjoyment of all these small life choices is worth risking shaving 5-10 years off your life. 'Life is worth living' as they say.

So I was driving home from work today and passed 2 or 3 vape stores.It occurred to me that pretty much all vape stores have a sticky looking residue all over the shop windows. I just have to ask myself if it's doing that to glass why are people willing to do that to their bodies?
