    Website Design Forums?

Hi all, need some advice on where to go / what to look for if I have not learned HTML / HTML5 before but need some basics on what I can/cannot do.

Background: My current job scope has expanded to maintaining my company's website. They use a basic site made from Wix, but there are some...well to put it gently, improvements that can be made. I do have a background in programming (C++ / java); haven't touched it in years but can still read / write some basic code if needed.

So my question is: is there a site / forum that I can go to that can give me quick advice or info should I need it while maintaining / improving the website? The site was made without any developer tools in Wix, i.e. just using the drag and drop stuff available for non-programmers. I figured since I have some background, I could make things prettier / more efficient if I learned it.

What exactly is the website for? If it's a static website, then drag and drop is all you need.
