Yup basically pinning it on the Steele Dossier and him not wanting Trump to be president. If I knew what was in there at the time I would have voiced the same concern even if it was a Dem candidate. Fact is, The FISA warrant was first issued for Carter before the Steele Dossier, then after he became part of Trumps team. He was known to have Russian ties and been duped previously.
