Do disney still kill their villains in very brutal ways?

Hey while i was geowing up during the 90's it felt like disney killed off their villains in very brutal ways in almost all movies, Do they still do that? I have not watched a disney movie for quite a while now.

No, but the Hero's parents always die.

Hopefully yes, but i haven't seen any disney-movie too in a while. Sorry, but they are very memorable and it's part of disney. Don't need SJW killing of good animated movies too.

If we talking about Disney marvel universe then the answer is yes
Thou we haven’t got a death as dramatic as the end of the black cauldron in the full Disney universe, it’s more or less the villain is either redeemed or banished

Elsa and Anna's parents survived! It was confirmed that they washed up on Africa and wound up having Tarzan, despite technology not seeming to match up very well...

If you have seen any of the newer Star Wars films or a Marvel film you have seen a Disney movie

    L-lewd...

I'm honestly not sure how it all syncs up, but I do like the over-arching story. It's very Pixar.

I hope they never change that! Damn near all the villains were killers themselves or just down right evil and some even killed themselves than rather be saved by the hero/princess or goodie two shoes.

Well, Lady Tremane (? Evil Stepmother) lives but I haven’t seen the other 2 movies that follow up with Cinderella. Cruella also lives in both animated and alive action (though she somehow lives when shoved into a industrial cupcake oven).

McCleach of The Rescuers (is that Disney?) is debatable because he falls of a waterfall.

Haven’t seen Black Cauldron, but the one death that freakin scared me was Ursula getting impaled in the Little Mermaid when I saw it in Theaters.

Every variation of Tarzan is different...I thought in the Disney film they died of illness?

Pretry sure the leopard got them.

Scar was eaten by hyenas. Ursula impaled and electrocuted. I don't remember much else standing out for gruesome villain deaths.

    Gaston falls to his death
Dr. Faciller (Princess and the Frog) Dragged to Hell.
Clayton accidentally hangs himself (you see his silhouette on a tree) trying to kill Tarzan.
Claude Frollo falls “into a Lake of Fire”
Malifecint (?) is stabbed/impaled by a sword. In fucking Dragon form.

    Spoilers!

I actually had to google "Disney Movie Releases" to remember the last Disney Movie I watched, turns out it was the latest Pirates of the Caribbean so it wasn't that long ago and also I've seen the ending of the Beauty and the Beast and Moana whilst channel hopping. So for the Live-Action films it seems still to be norm to kill off the villains/villainous characters (BatB: Gaston doesn't get killed per ce, more he's standing on a bridge that karma just collapses underneath him after the Beast is "mortally wounded" PotC: The main villain is technically dead at the start of the film (think Davy Jones or Wil Turner at the end of the third movie), gets revived and made alive again at the end and then is dropped into a trench in the ocean being rapidly flooded with water) with some being they were just misunderstood and redeemed by the end whilst the animated movies appear to go more for the latter than former (Moana: the sea isn't actually evil and the volcanic thing wasn't actually a bad guy, just the goddess throwing a fit because her stone got stolen by the rock).

Edit: As someone mentioned if you consider Marvel and Star Wars as "Disney Movies" now then yeah the villains still get killed albeit in pretty mundane ways.

Thor: Ragnorak : Pretty much what the title of the film says. Thor drops Ragnorak on Hela and she apparently dies.
Black Panther: Klaue gets shot by the film's main villain who in turn gets stabbed by Black Panther after a five second fight and after he'd already beat Black Panther once and "killed" him.
The Last Jedi: Snoke get split as does his ship, Phasma falls in a hole of fire and "dies for real this time guise" and The First Order loses some ships and a whole bunch of Storm Troopers.

Apparently Titan A.E. Is Disney also...so the Drej are absorbed by a planet creating ship.

Are we talking the live version of Beauty and the Beast or the animated one? In the animated one, Gaston dies- right before/during his fall there are skulls appearing in his eyes.

I remember the little mermaid 2 direct to video had the villain frozen in ice and sinking to the bottom of the sea, still alive and conscious as her eye twitched in fear.
