Did I miss something about weekly chests?

I'm sincerely getting worried that I've screwed myself over cause this does not seem like a coincidence at all anymore.

I've seen multiple duplicates, I basicly do the cap or over every week for the highest ilvl (15+ currently) but I seem to have the same pattern of loot coming from the weekly chest so I'm wondering if theres a way to change this?

I've had Ring of Looming Menace drop like 5 times (3 times in a row) and basicly all the items I get are haste heavy which is the stat I'm very much trying to avoid, I litterally have 900 haste with 973 ilvl and so I'm wondering if the game is picking after stats and not just pure randomness cause I litterally have only seen 2 maybe 3 items that hasnt had haste on it since weekly chests came out, I either has to be the most unlucky person in the entire world or I've missed something.

Please help if you have some info, at this point I'm litterally willing to try anything.

Don't worry, I've been getting +960 ilvl gear with haste/versatility for 4 weeks... Today 965ilvl boots with crit/mast dropped.

There a reason you want balanced instead of the toxic? I might have some relics with that and might opt to switch.

Is it because of cp generation from mut for things like chaining 4cp evenoms since you almost always double crit with mut.

90% of the items I get is haste, it's just the way Blizzard found to keep you playing: giving you useless trash most of the time.

the name "weekly chest of disappointment" comes not from nowhere. Especially if you never got a good item out of the chest and somebody else did.

There is a bug in the system, somewhere, no doubt about it. It has happened to me as well, getting the very same item three weeks in a row.

And before people start yelling "RNG!", the chance of you getting the same item 3 weeks in a row is so low, you're far more likely to have Ashes of Al'ar drop 3 weeks in a row.

Balanced blades after the buff is one of the best ways to increase the speed of your rotation.

For me, my best setup is 3x master alch, 1x master ass, 2x balanced blades. I’m only missing one BB trait atm. (Unfortunately it’s a shadow relic)

I also have very very good secondary traits - i’ve got 2x of the ones that grant crit on concordance proc - i end up with about 45% crit with concordance up. Combined with balanced blades i’m getting double crits on almost every mut when concordance is up. It’s nice to get 10 in a row(that’s a great pull) sometimes.

My buildout is 4p t21 and 2pt20, with the only haste on my legendary bracers/boots(940 gloves/950 shoulders for the t20). Ring is 910 mastery heavy crit, with a socket.

A setup with shoulders will be a bit different.

I like getting worse gear on my rogue doing 21-22's in time, than my hunter 2-3 chesting 15-16's (3 980's and 960+'s in non-leggo slots). This week I got my 6th cloak that I vendored. I probably only got 2 upgrades out of the ~17 weeks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I remember back in the day there was a similar topic about this. Question was wheter loot specialisation affects weekly chest. If my memory serves me, some people were saying that assassination loot spec favors haste gear, sub is versatility and outlaw is mastery or other way around. I have no idea if that is true or not. Maybe its really RNG playing games on us

its weeks that i not run sims but with boot/bracers shouldnt be 3malc 3mass be bis?, i mean you even use t20, so mass even gain additional value.
at least for the lasts my sims 2 mass should be mandatory, meanwhile the last could be choose relatively freely beetwen mass/tb/bb with relative differences in dps smaller than the error.
maybe is because i never ran with all permutations of t2 crucible but always with 3 crit, mast or lightshock, but 2 bb sound new to me

Im at 55sec vendetta and 33sec kingsbane with 1 ma. Additional ma traits arent worth the chance at an additional use, and its cd is already too low for good sync. 2nd master ass relic is still a dps loss or neutral afaik.

i dont know, never experienced dps losses with 2 or 3 mass. how much crit you have from gear?
