Arms or Fury?

Right now I'm leveling my warrior and I'm at level 50. I tried both specs and I'm still unsure which to pick. Arms feel a bit slow, while Fury seems really erratic. Also, when I'm at execute phase with Fury, and I'm not enraged after Bloodthirst, should I still cast that Execute?

We need a new spec that works like Varian's weapon where you can switch between two handed and two one handers within the rotation.
