Dual wielding Survival in BFA?

Quick question; so if a hunter can use any weapon but 1h and 2h Maces, does that mean there is a possibility of seeing dual wielding survival hunters in BFA? Btw, I do not see any 2h restrictions like we see with frost dk.

So far thats unlikely unless the community starts raising a shit about it of EPIC proportions. Presently, even though they can USE all those weapons, their abilities specifically require a two handed weapon for use.

Currently on the BFA beta only Harpoon and Raptor Strike for abilities require two-handed weapons, others require just a melee weapon or don't have a weapon requirement. Butchery and Mongoose Bite are the only talents that require two-handed weapons.
