If you wanna live in a country, integrate and learn the language, how is that racist??

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say that the "NO MORE ASIANS" part of the poster, among other things, has something to do with it.

how would they like it if we came to their country, took-over their cities and changed their stores, restaurants, etc... to our language... bought all their property...forced them out of where they grew up... changed their schools to cater to us, etc.... and then basically change how the world see's our once beautiful city, which is now a home for mainlanders.

As a personnal experience, I'm from Québec, where trying to get the migrants speak French is a sore political point. The conclusion came long ago that learning to speak fluently a language require considerable efforts from adults, efforts and time (duh !). That unless you pay them (a remarkably doubtful proposition) to learn French more they would earn in their jobs, they will stick to the jobs were a couple of words are enough

Last I checked white Australians are the intruders/immigrants to that country—so telling an Asian or aboriginal to learn English is racist.

I can't really relate to those examples. I'm korean, what made it hard for me was the pronunciation, grammar, I was confused by a lot of words, when and how to use them. I used to say I'm boring instead of I'm bored until someone actually understood that I am bored and corrected me. If we would have had more conversational practice in school then a lot of the issues with speaking English I had when I moved to Australia to study would have been fixed in school when I was younger, before I went to Australia.
