Mousewheel jumping problem

I've had the Redragon M711 Cobra mouse for a few months, and recently id say within the last 2 weeks, whenever I try to scroll with my mouse wheel, it keeps jump scrolling up, and will hardly ever go down. I've tried reinstalling drivers, updating software. Almost everything short of taking it apart. Could the problem be elsewhere, such as a windows 10 problem? Or would it be exclusively tied to the mouse and its software/hardware?

It's hardware issue. Either take it apart and clean it up which may or may not fix the issue or return it under warranty if applicable. Otherwise get proper mouse that is not called "Redragon", "Razer" or some other bshit name and it just might work for longer than few months
