Pretty much this. It can take a substantial amount of time and ruinous amounts of money to legally become a citizen, during which time people put down roots, build a life, and contribute to the community.
At which point the gestapo come along and ruin all that because the real crime is offending ignorant voters in red America.
As a legal immigrant, gotta say I feel pretty entitled to have an opinion on the subject. The time and money that I put into the process isn't remotely devalued by people "skipping the queue", but then again I'm not a sociopath.

We're already well aware that you're keen on using our tax dollars to push your policy on people that don't want it.
Wait, isn't that exactly what your lot complains about constantly?

"According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Villavicencio was ordered to leave the country by an immigration judge in 2010"
Not following the court order is most definitely not innocence. In fact if you don't follow a court order, you can be kept in prison until you do, without time restriction
