Not good. It goes against nature itself and leads to degeneration at worst.
I think they're bullshit. They're a result of western liberal values, they're a western concept that the UN tries to apply universally to societies and cultures that are nothing like western cultures and societies. They act like as if they're the moral arbiters and that everyone who doesn't abide by them are horrible beings, completely ignoring that western liberal values are not the only existing ideas and values and that western liberal ideas and values are not the default nor the right ones.
Must be nice to be unaware of the reality of the other peoples that inhabit this planet. A lot of us reject your idea of human rights, especially in practice. Gets even more laughable when people make arguments that relies on people accepting human rights as universal.

They make me feel all squishy inside.
Human progress isn't measured by industry. It's measured by the value you place on a life.
Just, be kind.
There is a difference between rights, and privilege, rights can't be taken away, a privilege can, most people don't have any rights.
I would say the only thing one has the right to do is die, and that is only because after it's done nothing anybody can do about it anyways.
As to how I feel, everyone should have the right to make whatever choice they like provided they are of sound mind enough to do so, and they aren't hurting anyone else.

But seriously, what kind of pointless question is this. Unless you are a backwards moron, basic human rights are something all people should be in favour of.

There is a difference between Western "human rights" and basic human rights though.
How nice of you to label people who don't share your values and ideas as being backwards morons. Want people to listen to you? Don't call them backward morons for not sharing your ideas and values.

They are one and the same.
Well yes. Because they are.
They aren't one and the same, because basic Rights have been in nearly every civilisation that has ever risen. Basically any Civilisation that has some sort of Law and order has "Basic Rights" because many Laws are created for when someone else infringes on someones right.
Not agreeing with your ideas and values does not make someone backwards.

Human rights. Basic human rights. One and the same.
Considering they cover things like slavery, torture, and wrongful imprisonment you'd pretty much have to be a monster to wholesale be against them. Being against individual parts you don't agree with I can see. Being against them all outright is just monstrous.
When it comes to things people shouldn't be allowed to do to each other, torture, slavery mainly, it's fine.
When it comes to people thinking human rights should be for things other people have to pay to give to others, clean water, food, access to internet, then it's more of an annoying attempt to frame the world they want of all sunshine and rainbows where nothing ever goes wrong. Pure idealism with no thought to actual costs or implementation. And this time they want it to apply everyone in the world, not just their own country.
Human rights are universal rights. Period. There is no ambiguity in this.
