Allow URLs (for newbie accounts) in recruitment threads

Long time reader, first time contributor.

I wanted to post a LFM recruitment thread and offer links to logs and other content, but can't do so.

I understand why you'd want to limit this kind to mitigate against spambots, however would love to see an exception for the Recruitment side of threads for people who would be in situation like mine.

Recruitment would be totally overwhelmed with spambots unfortunately. In the meantime to getting enough posts, just make your post, report it and ask that a mod edit in the link for you. We'll be happy to do so.
