I don't think it's even close - the Iraq War costs something in the ballpark of $4 trillion, was a diplomatic disaster, further destabilized the Middle East and spawned ISIS, cost thousands of Americans lives and (depending on how you count) hundreds of thousands of Iraqi lives.

I can't imagine any plausible accounting that pegs the sum of Trump's actions as being worse than that. I guess you could somehow treat tax cuts as being about the same thing as squandering money on a pointless war, but it's going to be a pretty hard sell to most people that are thinking clearly.

The US significantly weakened, the Middle East completely destabilized, America's standing among the nations of the world especially it's allies in Europe damaged to this very day and rise of sectarian violence in Iraq.
