Artifact appearance question

Has there been an answer about if you unlock the appearance on one class, will it unlock for new alts of the same class?

I currently have 2 paladins(different server), 2 priest, and 2 warriors that have unlocked mage tower appearances on 1 of them, do I need to do that on ALL of them?

Same question going into BFA for hidden? (Not going away but don't want to farm a second Corrupted Ashbringer main unlock again).

The appareance you unlock, you will unlock on your entire account. So if you unlock it for your ret pally on one character, you can use the transmog on another retri pally yes.

Is there a level requirement? I'd assume 110, but I know quite a few mogs don't have such requirements.
