Is there still a way to realm hop? I'm trying to farm the Panda Zandalari and it's always just sooo busy.

you can only hop if the group is in the same zone or continent, can't remember which.

You can, but it got changed a long time ago to have a lot of annoying restrictions.
First and foremost, you have to be in the same zone as the group you’re joining. If you’re not, you do not move server. You simply stay on your own server.
If someone from your group enters the zone you are in, they get moved to your server. First person in a zone decides which server the rest gets moved to. So if you move to them, you change server. If they come to you, they change, you do not.
And most importantly: it doesn’t matter who is leader of the group and what server they are from.
